Johnny’s New York Style Pizza was originally started more than 40 years ago in Manlius, NY. The pizza was so good that the concept became franchised in 1994, with locations now in seven states. There are four Johnny Brusco’s in Tennessee, with the only Knoxville location here in Markets at Choto.
Franchise owner Jamie Garcia noted that it took three years exploring multiple pizza franchise opportunities before settling on Johnny Brusco’s.
“One meeting with the CEO and Managing Partner for Johnny Brusco’s, and we were sold. The support, the experience, and, of course, the food, especially the extensive menu, really solidified that this was the right fit for our family and the West Knoxville community,” Garcia said.
