The Markets at Choto were fortunate to have two strong long-term first tenants as the foundation for our development. Weigel’s found the location ideal for a new store, and a new fire station for Rural Metro has improved safety and significantly reduced insurance premiums for area residents. Since our start, we’ve added a number of quality tenants representing a range of high-value businesses and community services.
